In order to get a Myanmar e visa for Japanese citizens, candidates are required to pay two types of Myanmar visa fees: the Government fee and the Myanmar visa service fee.

The Myanmar Government fee refers to the amount that a Japanese applicant pay to the Myanmar Immigration Department when applying for a Myanmar e visa. It is an obligation fee for each applicant and must be paid in order to process the e visa application. The Government fee is non-refundable regardless of the result of visa application.

For a Myanmar tourist e visa, applicants need to pay $100 for the Government fee, while a Myanmar business e visa charges applicants $120.

When Japanese citizens utilize the Myanmar application service on the Myanmar Immigration Services website, they'll incur a Service fee. This fee is based on the speed at which Japanese nationals wish to receive their Myanmar visa.
