How long is the eVisa valid for travel to Myanmar?

The validity of a Myanmar eVisa for travel to Burma depends on the type of eVisa you have obtained. Generally, there are two types of eVisas available for Myanmar:

  • Myanmar Tourist eVisa: The tourist eVisa allows for tourism-related activities in Myanmar. It is typically valid for a single entry and allows a stay of up to 28 days in the country. The validity period of the tourist eVisa is 90 days from the date of issue, which means you must enter Myanmar within 90 days of receiving the eVisa approval.
  • Myanmar Business eVisa: The business eVisa is intended for individuals traveling to Myanmar for business-related purposes. It is also valid for a single entry and allows a stay of up to 70 days. Similar to the tourist eVisa, the validity period is 90 days from the date of issue.
